Job summary

Forvis Mazars LLP in Milton Keynes is seeking a Financial Planning Trainee to learn how to help clients plan their financial futures. You will grow through structured training, client work and funded CII study, supported by a buddy and mentor.

You will meet clients, build relationships, and use data and digital tools to tailor investment and planning recommendations while collaborating with specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade 4/C (or equivalent qualifications).
• Achieved a minimum of 112 UCAS tariff points from your top three A Levels, BTECs, Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or other recognised Level 3 qualifications.
• Achieved or predicted a 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients and supporting conversations that help shape their financial future.
• Building trusted, long-term relationships with individuals and families, supporting them through different stages of life.
• Helping clients achieve goals such as buying a home, planning for retirement, growing wealth and protecting their future.
• Researching investment and financial planning solutions and supporting recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
• Using technology, data and digital tools to analyse information and help clients make informed financial decisions.
• Collaborating with financial planners, tax specialists and wealth experts to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Developing a strong understanding of financial markets, personal finance and the factors that influence client decisions.
