The Role

You will begin as a trainee headhunter but will quickly progress to a consultant within the business. This unique approach to recruitment will see you meeting with both candidates and clients multiple times throughout the interview process. The position will also include:

• Headhunting using LinkedIn and existing contacts
• Liaising with clients and candidates to grow your network
• Industry research
• Leading and running meetings
• Working towards commission from day one
