Analog Devices, Inc. in the United Kingdom invites graduates to join our Automotive Sales team through a 12-month Graduate Training Program. You will work with experienced colleagues and automotive customers to develop system-level solutions and build lasting relationships.

No automotive or semiconductor experience required; we will train you. Key qualities: curiosity, willingness to learn, commercial ambition and capability to communicate complex ideas.

Formación

• A STEM degree is desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong communication and curious mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with customers: Build trusted relationships, ask insightful questions and understand the technical and business challenges that matter most.
• Discover and develop opportunities: Identify customers and growth opportunities, then help progress them from early idea to technical validation, design win and production.
• Create customer value: Show how ADI’s system-level solutions solve meaningful problems and deliver measurable impact.
• Work as one team: Collaborate across applications, product, marketing, customer service and account teams to deliver the best outcome.
• Turn insight into action: Use approved digital and AI tools responsibly, and share customer and market learning that can influence decisions, product strategy and innovation.
• Represent ADI professionally: Engage customers and industry events while keeping opportunity plans, forecasts, actions and CRM information current.
• Continuous investment in learning about the technologies, markets, operations and the end to end value chain of working with customers.
