Job summary

JBAndrews in Leeds city centre is hiring Graduate Executive Search Consultants for an on-site, 5 days per week role in a fast-paced sales and business development environment.

You will own the full 360° executive recruitment process, build client portfolios, headhunt senior talent, and develop a niche global industry network with structured training and clear progression into senior or management roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred but not essential.
• Drive, confidence and hunger for success in a sales/business development environment.
• Positive, resilient and competitive mindset.
• Strong teamwork skills with ability to work independently.
• Accountability for achieving targets and growing market.
• Ambition to go beyond basics and continuously push yourself.

Responsibilities

• Own the full 360° executive recruitment process, working with both clients and candidates.
• Specialise in a niche global industry sector within core markets.
• Develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones.
• Headhunt and engage top senior-level talent.
• Advise and consult with clients on executive hiring strategies.
• Work independently and within a team to build a specialist market.
