Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed market and talent research.
• Map senior-level talent across sectors and organisations.
• Identify and approach senior candidates for mandates.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior professionals.
• Produce talent maps, benchmarking reports and competitor analysis.
• Support senior consultants on executive search assignments.
• Develop understanding of clients, sectors and leadership markets.
• Manage candidate processes and maintain clear communication.
