The role involves working with estimators on civil engineering projects, developing tender strategies, and maintaining communication with various teams. The Graduate Estimator’s role is to work with existing estimators and operational teams to learn how to complete and lead estimates for civil engineering works using the Company’s estimating systems and procedures. You will learn to develop solutions to efficiently meet our customers’ requirements that secure sufficient work by value and type to meet the company’s objectives and, with experience, move into an estimator role in your own right.
