Graduate Environmental Scientist

Salary: £29,000

Location: Redhill, Chester, Bradford on Avon

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent

Closing Date: 30/11/2025

Responsibilities
  • Assist with all aspects of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) at all stages of the project, including SEA, feasibility, screening/scoping, reporting.
  • Write supporting documents for planning applications and other environmental consents.
  • Provide general environmental support on a wide range of projects including fluvial and coastal flood risk management, water utility, rail, renewable/energy projects and other large‑scale infrastructure.
  • Support environmental fieldwork.
  • Liaise with project teams, clients, stakeholders and the public as required.
Attributes
  • Have an environmental related degree.
  • Have or be working towards membership of IEMA or a similar professional institute.
  • Have a sound understanding of EIA.
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Enjoy innovation and embracing advances in technology and ecology.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
