Job summary

British Airways PLC is offering a 2-year graduate scheme at London Heathrow. You will participate in a series of placements that expose you to strategic planning within our engineering function, supporting maintenance scheduling, long-term strategy, and project delivery for fleet changes.

The role requires a minimum 2:2 degree or equivalent and a drive to succeed with creative and strategic thinking. Benefits include career development and integration into the BA graduate community.

You could be organising the maintenance schedules for both our short haul and long haul aircraft; developing the long term strategy of maintenance considering efficiency, cost, time and quality of how we do things; or delivering projects around which aircraft we are entering and exiting in the business.
