As a Graduate Engineer, you will join our structured Graduate Programme, designed to accelerate your professional development and provide exposure to some of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects, including HS2 Track, Midland Metro Alliance, and Old Oak Common Station.
You will work alongside experienced engineers and project managers, gaining hands‑on experience in design, construction, and delivery phases. Rotations will allow you to explore different disciplines and understand the full lifecycle of major rail projects.
