Job summary

Booth Welsh Ltd in Hartlepool is seeking a Graduate to join their growing engineering team on site. You will work locally and qualify with an engineering degree while supporting asset management and maintenance planning activities.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, assist with planned outages, and develop plan documentation. Familiarity with Primavera P6 is a plus, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and spares planning.

Qualifications

• HNC in engineering or relevant technical subject.
• Knowledge of basic planning principles.
• Able to coordinate across different teams and with different companies and contractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Planning experience would be a distinct advantage, especially Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Understand and interrogate the Asset Management Suite Programme using various software tools.
• Gain an understanding of the maintenance work carried out over specific nominated areas of the plant. This will help you make the analysis and accompanying recommendations for future maintenance and spares required in line with world best practise.
• Assist with planned outage work and support where required. Working as part of a team you will prepare plans and ensure that resources, spares, risk and plant realise is organised for a specific area
• During the execution, you will monitor progress and support delivery, highlighting risk to the lead planner and Group heads.
