Domo Tactical Communications (DTC) and Domo Broadcast Systems (DBS), part of the Codan Group, are seeking a Graduate Engineer to join our engineering teams in the UK. You will work across embedded and PC-based platforms in high-technology environments, contributing to DSP, RF, and hardware projects while developing your skills.

The role anticipates a September 2027 start and requires a 2:1 degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Adaptability to work across embedded and PC-based platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team.
• Predicted minimum 2:1 in Electronics, Software, Physics or related engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded software for complex systems and components.
• Contribute to PC application software development and tooling.
• Support Digital Signal Processing and algorithm development work.
• Assist RF engineering and hardware development teams with integration.
• Contribute to baseband hardware development and testing infrastructure.

What will you be doing?

The successful candidate will work within an Engineering Team who are world leading experts in Digital Signal Processing, RF Engineering, High Speed Digital Hardware development and software development on both embedded and PC based platforms.

You Will Have a Passion For Teamwork, An Inquisitive Mind And a “can Do Attitude” As Well As a Strong Academic Background And a Keen Interest In One Or More Of The Following Areas

• Embedded Software Development
• PC Application Software Development
• Digital Signal Processing
• Communications Algorithm development and Simulation
• RF Engineering and RF Hardware Development
• Baseband Hardware Development
• Test System Development and ATE Systems

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and highly capable graduate to work within either our DTC or DBS Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree (predicted) in Electronics, Software, Physics or a related discipline to Engineering

The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK and be eligible for UK Security Clearance.
