Job summary

Conrad-Consulting's Aberdeen client is seeking a Graduate Engineer to work on civil, structural and temporary works projects across heritage, rail, nuclear, commercial, residential and infrastructure. You will gain hands-on experience from concept through to construction and develop your technical skills while gradually taking on greater responsibility.

You’ll receive dedicated mentoring and training with support toward ICE or IStructE Chartership, plus exposure to high-profile UK projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop towards ICE/IStructE Chartership.
• CAD experience is advantageous but not essential.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Graduate Engineer to join its Aberdeen team, where you’ll work alongside experienced engineers on fascinating civil, structural and temporary works projects across sectors including heritage, rail, nuclear, commercial, residential and infrastructure.

From concept through to construction, you’ll gain valuable practical experience, develop your technical skills and gradually take on greater responsibility. Your work will include assisting with engineering designs and calculations, preparing CAD drawings and technical documentation, undertaking risk assessments and site visits, and supporting projects through every stage of delivery.
