About the Role

We are looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our progressive, award‑winning Mechanical & Electrical Engineering team in our Cardiff office as part of the 2026 Graduate Programme. You will deliver sustainable projects for our communities, planet and society, working across a range of sectors including healthcare, education, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Work on live projects from the start across a variety of sectors.
  • Design electrical services and perform calculations using Dialux, Relux and Electrical OM.
  • Collaborate with supervisors on schematic design concepts.
  • Use Revit and 3D BIM modelling software for design production and coordinate with other professional disciplines.
  • Produce detailed designs and drawings.
  • Contribute to energy and sustainability strategy development.
  • Participate in design team and client meetings.
  • Undertake site visits or surveys.
  • Research and implement new technologies.
  • Engage in continuous CPD and learning opportunities.
  • Design and create electrical circuits, wiring and lighting.
About You
  • Hold a degree and/or master’s qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related subject.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, staying calm and switching between dynamic tasks.
  • Show perseverance, maintaining composure in the face of setbacks.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse teams, valuing different perspectives.
  • Apply problem‑solving skills, challenging conventional thinking when appropriate.
