We're looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team. You will be working with our water team assisting on a project in Oxfordshire, part of our Thames Water portfolio. As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you'll be assisting in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for various projects.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the design and development of electrical systems for projects.
  • Supporting the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and problem‑solving.
  • Assisting in the preparation of technical reports, documentation, and project updates.
  • Gaining valuable hands‑on experience in your field.
  • Developing technical and professional skills.
  • Building professional relationships and expanding your network.
Qualifications
  • Graduate in 2026, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Benefits

Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum plus potential car allowance of £4,750 depending on eligibility. Pathway: Permanent, Full‑time 2‑year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of approx £38k.
