Participants work across design and delivery, supported by a tailored development plan and a programme tracker that records progress and milestones. A competitive starting salary with regular reviews accompanies the opportunity to secure a permanent role.

Formación

• Graduated with an Electrical Engineering Degree or engineering equivalent in the last 2 years or on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing/adaptable to working within an energetic and reactive team environment and have the ability to think outside of the box.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Our 24-month graduate programme combines hands‑on experience, expert mentorship and tailored development to give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to thrive. Our Programme Tracker helps you build your experience, track your progress and take ownership of your journey.

• You will have graduated with an Electrical Engineering Degree or engineering equivalent in the last 2 years or be on track to graduate next summer.
