The STRABAG UK Graduate Programme has been designed to provide you with powerful development and experience, giving you an incredible start to your career with us. It starts with your induction week, held off‑site, where together we focus on communication, teamwork and connection. You will learn more about yourself, your colleagues and the business. You will also be introduced to your mentor who will be there to support you throughout.
The programme is 15 months in duration and offers industry‑leading development. It is intense but hugely rewarding and on successful completion, you will receive accreditations and qualifications from industry‑recognised bodies such as the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), Association for Project Management (APM), Institute of Sustainability & Environmental Professionals (ISEP), British Tunnelling Society (BTS) and the Institute of Leadership (IOL). You will also begin your journey with professional associations such as The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), The Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES) and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
