RSE invites graduates to join its Graduate Programme in the UK, a 24-month, hands-on track that blends mentoring and tailored development to build the skills needed for a successful MEICA career.

You'll work in a dynamic team, gain exposure across projects, and benefit from salary reviews and a permanent pathway on completion of the programme. Applications close 13 November 2026.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated with an Electrical Engineering Degree or engineering equivalent in the last 2 years or on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing/adaptable to working within an energetic and reactive team environment and have the ability to think outside of the box.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Our 24-month graduate programme combines hands‑on experience, expert mentorship and tailored development to give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to thrive. Our Programme Tracker helps you build your experience, track your progress and take ownership of your journey.
