Job summary

A reputable engineering firm in the UK is seeking a Graduate Electrical Design Engineer to join their team. This position offers a salary range of £30,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Electrical Engineering, knowledge of electrical design, and proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD. Responsibilities include producing control panel design specifications and liaising with customers. This role is permanent and based near Heywood.

My client works within engineering and they are looking to take on a Graduate Electrical Design Engineer to develop as part of their team.

Attributes
  • Degree qualification or similar in Electrical Engineering
  • Have knowledge of how to carry out electrical design
  • Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD (but training can be given)
  • Excellent problem–solving capabilities
  • Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
