West London Mind is recruiting two graduate-level practitioners to deliver CBT-based guided self-help and parenting interventions for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health issues. The role involves 1:1 and group work, supervision for professional development, and progression toward a PG Diploma at Kings College London.

Salary £28,860 per year, Band 4, fixed-term 1 year, full-time, based at 46 South Ealing Road, London.

Competenze

• Must hold an upper second-class Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with children and young people.
• Knowledge of the education system in England.
• Ability to manage a sensitive caseload.
• Commitment to using data and measuring outcomes.

Mansioni

• Be supervised, supported and assessed as a trainee to deliver outcome focused interventions for children and young people in education settings.
• Develop skills in supporting parents, families and educators in self-management of presenting difficulties.
