Airbus Operations Limited has launched AGGP2027, a two‑year Graduate Digital Strategy & Data Analyst programme starting September 2027. You will rotate through roles to develop leadership, technical, and business skills while contributing to Airbus digital goals in a global context.

The programme emphasises inclusive leadership, Airbus values, and practical exposure to senior leadership through workshops and a dedicated development week with peers from around the world.

Qualifications

• A degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Strategic Management or Engineering.
• Recent graduate or initial professional exposure in data analytics, corporate strategy, or digital transformation.
• Knowledge of data tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL, Palantir Foundry, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Desire to work in a collaborative team and to drive future innovation.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Shape Airbus Digital Strategy by identifying emerging technology trends and mapping them to business opportunities.
• Extract, clean, and model datasets from multiple functions to deliver dashboards and actionable insights.
• Interface with cross‑functional international stakeholders to gather requirements and align initiatives.
• Prepare data-backed business cases and presentations to influence leadership and justify investments in digital transformation.
