The Graduate Digital Merchandiser will work closely with the Digital Merchandising Manager to drive the ambition and growth of the Cycling category online, supporting Halfords to become the market leader. In this role, you’ll assist with day‑to‑day merchandising activities and help manage the online cycling product range, ensuring every item is live with accurate images, content, copy and attribution.
You will also play a key part in optimising customer journeys to boost conversion focusing on increasing purchases, attachment rate, availability, average order value (AOV), and supporting Help & Advice content. Your work will contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience by making it quicker and easier for customers to find and purchase cycling products online.
