Job summary

Endeavour Information Solutions in Belfast, United Kingdom, seeks ambitious graduates to join its Digital & App Innovation team on a full-time basis. You will contribute to a Microsoft‑focused, cloud-first development stack, delivering projects on time and on budget, with limited supervision and a strong emphasis on learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor( Hons) degree in a computing related field is required or demonstrable track record of success with Microsoft 365/Azure
• Strong interest in new technologies and ability to pick them up quickly
• Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Contribute to analysis, solution design, UX design, development, testing, implementation and deployment of Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
• Apply change control processes and provide training to end-users.
• Report progress to manager and create documentation.
• Assist in solution reviews to maintain project quality.

Weare seeking ambitious, self-motivated graduates to join our expanding Digital & App Innovation team witha passion todeliver projects on time and on budget within an agile developmentteam using the latest technologies. Limited supervision and directionare required for these individuals to deliver results.

Please note remotework is not available due to the highly sensitive nature ofclient work. Working on client site in the greater Belfastarea may be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Thesuccessful individual will be involved in the delivery of projects forclients based on a Microsoft focused, cloud-first development stack:

• Contribute to technical analysis, solution design, userexperience design, development, testing, implementation anddeployment of Microsoft Azure cloud focused solutions;
  
• Apply change control processes;
  
• Provide training and guidance to end-users;
  
• Report to manager on project progress;
  
• Create and maintain relevant documentation; and
  
• Assist in solution reviews to maintain project quality.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS - ESSENTIAL

Essentialrequirements for this position are as follows:

• Strong interest innew technologies and concepts with the ability to pick themup quickly and apply them;
  
• Desire to achieve Microsoft Professional qualificationsthrough continual learning;
  
• Fluent in English with excellent written, verbalcommunication and presentation skills;
  
• A positive “can do” attitude; and
  
• Bachelor (Hons) degree in a computingrelated degree OR a clear and proven track record of successwith Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Azure.
  

REQUIREMENTS - DESIRED

Thefollowing desired requirements would also be advantageous:

• Microsoft Certified Professional (preferably withawards in the last 2 years);
  
• Experience of Agile methodologies;
  
• Experiencewith Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, and/orMicrosoft Teams;
  
• Experience in C# .NET Core and/orPowerShell;
  
• Experiencegathering client requirements; and
  
• Experience in solution reviews.
