Qualifications

  • Chartered member of an appropriate professional body and registered with the Engineering Council.
  • Experience in managing graduate schemes.
  • Strong understanding of qualifications for Chartered status.

Responsibilities

  • Organise and attend Bi-Annual Graduate Management Meetings.
  • Provide expert advice and support to SCEs and TP Mentors.
  • Administer the Graduate Training Scheme.
  • Oversee planning of graduate placements.
  • Meet with graduates individually to monitor progress.
  • Support graduates in preparation for Chartered Professional Review.
  • Lead recruitment of new Graduates and internships.
