What will you be doing?

Working within the Delivery team you will be an integral part of the delivery of many projects—you will cover assisting the Project engineer and Project manager and gain knowledge and understanding in the management of projects. Throughout the programme you will work on all stages of the project including design by providing assistance in the following:

• Develop an understanding of project management techniques which promote collaboration, synergy and out performance to deliver against our overall goals and objectives
• Lead a variety of projects across different teams whilst honing your stakeholder engagement and management techniques
• Using theory, innovation and investigatory techniques underpinned by data and evidence, suggest new ways of working/approaching work
• Be accountable for your own development by working outside of natural comfort zones and learning from mistakes
• Utilise your presence in different teams to share knowledge and create efficiencies where possible

What will I need to be considered?

Have achieved or on track to achieve your degree in Business Studies or Project Management. Eligible to work in the UK. Have the ability to travel to the office and sites (some of our sites are difficult to access through public transport). Meaning a full UK driving licence would be preferred. Flexibility – Successful candidates will need to be flexible and willing to spend time in other offices and sites. Great communication skills. (Written and Verbal). Self‑motivated – attitude is key, it's your career! A team player.
