Job summary

Creideas in Glasgow is recruiting a Graduate Business & Data Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This full-time, hybrid role offers a salary of 25,000 and a structured entry into data analysis, market research and business development.

You will learn how data and research inform opportunities, work with CRM data, and develop commercially valuable skills through training, 1:1 buddying and practical coaching.

Qualifications

• A degree or relevant academic background.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Interest in working with data and identifying trends.
• Strong research skills and a naturally curious approach.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data to identify trends, relationships and potential commercial opportunities.
• Carry out research into organisations, markets and potential clients.
• Use CRM data and other sources to identify patterns and develop insight.
• Work with large datasets using Excel, Power BI and other analytical tools.
• Support the creation and management of target lists and commercial research.
• Prepare research, briefings and insight for senior stakeholders.
• Help maintain and improve the quality of CRM and commercial data.
• Support marketing and business development campaigns.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve research, analysis and productivity.
• Work with colleagues across different teams and levels of seniority.
• Contribute to projects that help identify and develop new business opportunities.
