A few application tips…

We want to help you put your best foot forward. Here are a few things we look for:

  • Clear, specific examples of your work and impact
  • Relevant experience aligned with the role’s focus
  • A thoughtful response to any application questions
  • A resume that highlights both what you did and why it mattered

If you’re unsure whether your background is the “perfect fit,” we still encourage you to apply. We value potential and growth just as much as experience.

Why this role exists…

As demand for data-driven decision-making continues to grow, so does the need for expert guidance in turning raw data into actionable insights. At Snap Analytics, we partner with enterprise businesses worldwide to modernise their data platforms and unlock the full potential of their data.

We’re looking for Graduate Data Consultants who can bridge the gap between technical analysis and strategic impact. This role is central to helping our clients solve complex business problems through data, whether that’s building dashboards, designing data models, or advising on analytics strategy.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, curious, and client-focused team that’s passionate about making data meaningful. If you enjoy learning new technologies, experimenting with tools, and helping organisations make smarter decisions, this could be a great fit.

What you'll be doing…

As a Graduate Data Consultant, you’ll play a central role in supporting client projects and developing internal capabilities. You’ll work closely with delivery leads and team members to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Exploring and learning new technologies and concepts with guidance from your Delivery Lead
  • Creating demo content and proof of concepts (PoCs) for client engagements
  • Building internal tools and systems, such as reporting solutions, based on defined specifications
  • Supporting Snap’s client projects by contributing to high-quality, billable deliverables
  • Documenting new technologies and sharing knowledge across the team
  • Getting involved in wider business activities where needed, including finance, marketing, and sales support

In your first 3–6 months, success might look like:

  • Gaining hands-on experience with cloud analytics tools like Snowflake, Databricks, and Matillion
  • Delivering your first PoC or internal tool that adds measurable value
  • Building strong relationships within the team and contributing to collaborative problem-solving
What you'll need to succeed...

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of curiosity, adaptability, and collaboration. You might be a great fit if you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject (predicted or achieved)
  • A genuine interest in data, analytics, and cloud technologies
  • Technical aptitude or demonstrable skills, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Clear and confident communication skills

Bonus points if you have:

  • Exposure to programming languages like Python and SQL
  • Familiarity with data integration tools
  • Understanding of data modelling and databases
  • Awareness of data warehousing concepts
  • Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques

This role might not be the right fit if you’re looking for:

  • A highly specialised role focused on one technology or domain
  • A rigid environment with little room for experimentation or growth
