Job summary

Capgemini is recruiting a Graduate Insights and Data Consultant 2027 to join our Data, Insights and Analytics teams across UK locations (London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, Manchester). You will help clients understand their data, apply innovative technical solutions, and create dashboards that drive strategic decisions.

The programme blends professional and technical development with mentoring, in a hybrid working model combining Capgemini offices, client sites and homeworking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree with passion for IT and technology or technical degree with ability to learn quickly.
• Basic understanding of SQL, with knowledge of Python, GIT, Docker, Big data and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into valuable information to inform business decisions.
• Create dashboards and reports to influence senior management decisions.
• Work with clients from private and public sectors on data and analytics projects.
