Graduate Data Analyst (Cardiff)

Campion Pickworth is recruiting on behalf of a leading international firm for a Graduate Data Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career in a structured, data-driven environment where accuracy, improvement and collaboration are key.

The role

You’ll join a central operations team supporting a range of business functions through data management, reporting and process improvement. Day-to-day tasks may include maintaining and updating data sources, producing reports, conducting research, and providing analytical and administrative support to colleagues. Full training will be provided on internal tools and systems, helping you build a strong foundation in data analysis and operational excellence.

What we’re looking for

• Confident user of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numerical data
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• Clear communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
• Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new technologies (experience with AI tools or data visualisation software such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus)
