Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is offering a two-year Cyber Security Engineer graduate scheme across UK regional locations, including Leeds, Edinburgh and Manchester. You will design and build controls, tooling, and detection logic to reduce cyber risk while gaining hands-on experience in secure design and risk management.

Hybrid work is supported with two days per week in the office; visa sponsorship is not available, and Python remains the main language across Security Engineering.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Python coding; main language used across Security Engineering.
• Note: We cannot sponsor visas.
• Hybrid working with minimum two days in the office each week.
• Locations include Leeds, Edinburgh and Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve security tools and services to help us innovate securely and faster.
• Automate repetitive tasks and security checks to reduce risk and improve reliability.
• Design and deliver secure infrastructure using code and scalable foundations.
• Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure and DevOps teams to secure pipelines.
