Job summary

Monzo is offering a two-year Borrowing rotation programme in London, designed to expose you to modern credit through three eight‑month placements. You'll learn from mentors, build data skills, and contribute to live lending projects from day one.

Graduates (2026/2027) with a 2:1 in STEM or Economics are invited to apply; Masters and PhD holders welcome. The role is hybrid, based in London, with training in SQL and Python and a £50,000 base salary plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2:1 in STEM or Economics or related analytical degree.
• Graduating in 2026 or 2027 with or without a Masters/PhD is welcome.
• You must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Undertake three eight-month rotations across Credit Strategy, Machine Learning, Regulatory Modelling and Credit Risk Assurance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to analyze data and inform lending decisions.
• Build technical skills and ship data-driven improvements to lending products.
• Participate in an in-person assessment centre and contribute to business impact projects.
