Job summary

TikTok is seeking a proactive Strategy & Operations Graduate to join the LIVE Creator Network Operations team in London. This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, enjoys working with creators, and is passionate about the creator economy.

You will gain hands-on experience through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced environment, supporting daily operations, training content, campaign planning, process improvements, and diverse project work with creators and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
• Social-media savvy with strong interest in live-streaming and the creator economy.
• Data understanding with basic analytical capabilities and logical thinking.
• Understanding of fundamental internet operation methodologies (growth funnel, retention, campaigns).
• Familiar with TikTok and other short-form or livestream ecosystems.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with creators.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: assist in resolving issues Creator Networks encounter during the LIVE process.
• Training & Education: help develop and localize educational materials for creators on guidelines and policies.
• Campaign Operations: support planning, localization, and execution of campaigns and summarize results.
• Operational Processes: collect and analyze challenges to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Project Support: assist in executing a broad range of projects from in-person events to online initiatives.
