The Role
  • Deliver pre‑prepared lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Engage students and keep lessons on track in the absence of the class teacher.
Ideal Candidate
  • Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly.
  • Calm, organised, and able to manage a busy classroom.
  • Previous school experience is beneficial but not essential – full support provided.
