Graduate Cost Intelligence Manager

As a Graduate Cost Intelligence Manager, you’ll support the delivery of cost consultancy and project services from concept design through to construction completion. You’ll help manage and analyse cost data, monitor industry trends, prepare estimates and reports, and contribute to innovative solutions that add value for our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to develop technical expertise, gain exposure to diverse projects, and work towards professional qualifications such as RICS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, cost plans, and reports.
  • Support cost assurance, benchmarking, and data analysis activities.
  • Help maintain and develop cost intelligence databases and dashboards.
  • Analyse cost trends and contribute to cost model development.
  • Support the delivery of high‑quality project outputs and client deliverables.
  • Contribute to innovation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to meet deadlines and objectives.
About You
  • Degree qualified (or working towards) in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Engineering, or a related RICS‑accredited field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence working with data and mathematics.
  • Comfortable interpreting figures and producing accurate, evidence‑based insights.
  • Confident communicator and collaborative team player.
  • Highly motivated, eager to learn, and committed to professional development.
  • Good IT skills, including MS 365 (particularly Excel).
  • Interest in construction, data analysis, and cost management.
