Job summary

Saffery is hiring a trainee to start a three-year-and-three-month ACA/CTA training contract, with full support and access to top tuition centres. Exemptions may apply if you are AAT Level 4 qualified.

Qualifications

• 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline or expected.
• Minimum 120 UCAS points from top 3 A Levels/Highers (or equivalent).
• GCSE Maths and English Language at grade 6/B or above.
• AAT Level 4 qualification accepted in place of A Levels/Highers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tax compliance filings and returns for a client range.
• Work with financial data to support reporting and submissions.
• Use specialist tax software to deliver quality work.
• Carry out research and support advisory projects for clients.
• Prepare calculations and documentation for review by seniors.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues across sectors.
