Job Description

As a graduate mechanical engineer at TTP, you will work within multidisciplinary project teams to invent new products and technologies that positively impact the individuals who use them. Involved in all aspects of technology and product development – from invention, to analysis, to prototype design, to transfer to manufacture – you will contribute to projects ranging from faster cancer diagnostics to state‑of‑the‑art drug delivery devices and net‑zero energy production.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in all stages of product development: invention, analysis, prototyping, and transfer to manufacture.
  • Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, developing expertise in new fields of science and technology.
  • Engage directly with clients to present findings, ensuring requirements are understood and met.
  • Support business development by representing TTP at conferences, building connections, and engaging potential clients.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver impactful solutions, taking ownership and driving progress.

Requirements

  • Proactive and self‑starting, with strong personal responsibility and a drive to make things happen.
  • Deep intellectual curiosity and inventiveness; on track for at least a 2:1 in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • Collaborative, emotionally intelligent, able to build trust and communicate complex technical ideas with clarity and empathy.
