Job description

My client is a leading sub-contractor providing construction solutions to various Tier 1 & 2 contractors, as well as leading developers. They are now seeking their next wave of graduates, ideally residing in the Kent area.

The role will be primarily office-based, working alongside well-established professionals across various disciplines. After 6 months, you will have the opportunity to decide which discipline to focus your career on and pursue progression in that field.

Key requirements and indicators for this position include:

• Either 1 year away from or in your final year of a BSc and/or MSc in any construction-related degree.
• Alternatively, HNCs, HNDs, Diplomas, and Foundation degrees will also be considered.
• 2 to 3 years of construction-related experience, with an appetite to transition from site work into white-collar management.
• An aptitude and desire to work within the construction industry.
• A meritocratic environment with no glass ceiling, allowing progression based on performance.

For the right candidate, a salary of up to 30k plus package is on offer.
