Lendable is hiring a Graduate Complaints Officer to start a career in operations within a financial services firm. You will join a structured training pathway to investigate and resolve complex customer interactions across loans, cards, and auto-finance.

You’ll manage a live caseload early on, speaking with customers directly and learning to apply FCA regulation and DISP guidance. You will be supported by coaching and quality feedback as you develop in the role, with a focus on fair outcomes and

Exceptional written communication ability and clear argumentation.
Aptitude for investigation, analysis and dispute resolution.
Strong organisation and self-management to handle caseloads.
Willingness to learn FCA regulation and DISP guidance.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve complaints about loans, cards and auto-finance products.
Self-manage a varied caseload and meet KPI minimum standards.
Communicate with complainants in writing and by phone, managing expectations.
Write final response letters with clear rationale and next steps.
Follow complaint handling standards with well-documented evidence.
Provide feedback to frontline and product teams to drive improvements.
