Job summary

MWH Treatment is inviting graduates for the 2027 intake who are curious, collaborative and eager to build a career in Commissioning. The graduate programme is tailored with a flexible, varied learning environment that empowers you to make decisions and apply knowledge and practical skills.

The programme runs for three years with mentorship, a structured training plan, and rotations in design and build on live site.

• Develop professional capability through the Graduate Programme and support delivery of business and project objectives.
• Focus on treatment performance, optimisation and operational readiness.
• Support process validation, data analysis and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and reports.
• Participate in training and development activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Rotate in design and build with hands-on site experience.
• Engage in UK-wide networking and structured training plans.
