Bridgewater Recruitment Group is looking for graduates to join a fast-paced, hands-on commercial environment. You will rotate across areas of the business, working directly with customers and developing the commercial skills needed to progress toward sales, account management and business development.

You’ll gain broad experience in operations, logistics, admin and marketing, learn the electrical wholesale sector, and build relationships with trade customers.

• Graduate with strong communication and a drive to build a career in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience across operations, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, administration and marketing.
• Develop product and industry knowledge and customer-facing skills.
• Work directly with trade customers, including electricians, contractors and tradespeople.
