A leading consumer intelligence company in Stockport is seeking a Graduate Client Manager to manage client relationships and deliver market insights. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and a passion for the hospitality industry. Responsibilities include data analysis, supporting clients, and ensuring top-notch customer service. The Graduate Client Manager role is integral to the daily management of our client relationships. Responsible for delivering market measurement and insight to the world's biggest drinks companies the GCM ensures that all standard deliverables are met. Always aiming to uncover great insights that inform our clients decision making the account GCM identifies the key brand and market trends through innovative & thorough interrogation and manipulation of CGA data sources. The role includes processing manipulating & interrogating all CGA data sources to deliver best in class market intelligence information & insight to our clients.
GCMs support the Client Manager & Snr Client Manager to build & maintain great client relationships by providing outstanding customer service & deliverables.
