As a Graduate Classroom Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with passionate and dedicated teachers to help create an engaging, inclusive, and dynamic learning space where pupils can thrive. You will support lesson delivery, nurture positive behaviour, and play a key role in helping students reach their full potential—no two days are ever the same!
This role is ideal for recent graduates interested in teacher training or educational psychology. While prior experience working with children is desirable, it is not essential. Suitable experience may include mentoring, coaching, tutoring, youth work, nursery work, or any role involving support of children with ASD, behavioural needs, or learning difficulties.
The school’s leadership team is seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, compassionate, and ready to make a lasting impact in the lives of young learners. You will support learning across the curriculum, including core subjects such as English and Maths, as well as foundation subjects like Geography and PE.
