Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our York team. You will work under senior engineers, perform calculations and produce technical drawings, and receive mentorship and in-house training to support chartership goals.

The role offers paid training, flextime options, Christmas shutdown, a generous holiday scheme and a pension. Commutable to York with hands-on experience from day one.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural engineering or equivalent.
• Willingness to pursue chartership with company support.
• Mentorship and in-house training provided.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Senior Engineers on projects.
• Carry out calculations and prepare technical drawings.
• Mentor engineers on site and in office under guidance.
• Participate in fully paid training courses.
• Be hands-on from day one.
