This is a fantastic mix of above‑ and below‑ground infrastructure projects that supports our capital delivery programme and delivers high‑quality drinking water to customers every day.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Help senior engineers develop technical solutions for capital projects.
  • Assist the engineering team on a variety of projects to ensure smooth, on‑time delivery.
  • Create key project documents – scope documents, design drawings, and health and safety (CDM) paperwork.
  • Conduct on‑site visits to guide contractors and ensure work meets high standards.
  • Monitor project status and inform the Project Manager of any issues affecting timelines or costs.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and manage external approval processes.
  • Take ownership of your development as part of the graduate training programme, tracking progress and building skills.
Qualifications
  • A qualification (HNC, HND, or degree) in Civil Engineering or a similar subject.
  • Good engineering sense and a solid grasp of industry standards and best practices.
  • Great organisational and time‑management skills – you know how to get things done on schedule.
  • Some entry‑level experience in civil engineering projects, perhaps from a placement or internship.
  • Full UK driving licence, as you’ll be visiting our sites.
