If you’re ready to launch a meaningful career in Civil Engineering, applications are now open for recent and upcoming Civil Engineering Graduates to join our Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme at our Winchester office.

Successful candidates will have an offer on the table prior to Christmas 2026 or early 2027 for a start in the Autumn.

Our two-year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Civil Engineer at Ridge you will benefit from on-the-job learning experiences while working on a diverse range of development and infrastructure projects. You’ll build practical experience in infrastructure design, highways, drainage, earthworks and external works, supported by technical analysis and design coordination. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, planners and contractors, gaining a rounded understanding of how successful projects are developed and delivered.

What do I need to succeed?

• I have or am predicted a 2:1 BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering or a closely related degree obtained in 2026/2027
• I am available to start work full-time from September 2027
• I have a permanent Right to Work in the UK and do not need visa sponsorship
• I am curious and eager to learn
