About The Role

You'll support the delivery of a wide range of civil engineering projects, from major highway improvements to large-scale residential developments. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will:

  • Develop sustainable infrastructure solutions, including highways and drainage designs for residential and commercial projects.

  • Undertake design work using AutoCAD, Civil 3D and other industry-standard software.

  • Support projects through all stages of delivery, from feasibility and concept design through to construction.

  • Produce engineering calculations, technical analysis, drawings and inspection reports.

  • Assist with project risk assessments and contribute to risk management activities.

  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, bids and proposals.

  • Provide technical support to multidisciplinary project teams.

  • Attend client meetings, workshops and design coordination sessions with colleagues from across the business.

This role offers excellent exposure to all aspects of civil engineering design and project delivery, helping you develop the technical and professional skills needed for a successful career in infrastructure engineering.

We are committed to supporting employees in achieving relevant professional qualifications and accreditation. The applicable professional qualification for this role is IEng or CEng status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
