Job summary

United Infrastructure in Alness, Scotland, is seeking a Graduate Apprentice Civil Engineer to join our Power T&D team. You will support the delivery of access roads and civil works on our Alness project base while you work toward a recognised qualification.

You will learn from experienced engineers, help with site inspections, measurements and setting out, and develop skills to progress into site management roles. Willingness to travel and work outdoors is required.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in civil engineering and infrastructure delivery.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Manager and engineering team with daily delivery of access roads and civil works.
• Assist with site inspections, measurements and basic setting-out tasks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and site operatives to keep works on track.
