This Graduate Civil Engineer / Site Engineer role is ideal for ambitious graduates who want hands-on site experience, real responsibility early on, and a clear path toward professional accreditation.
You’ll work directly with Section Engineers, Senior Engineers, site managers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver major construction activities safely, accurately, and efficiently. The role combines technical problem-solving, engineering control, digital tools, site coordination, and quality assurance — giving you the full foundation needed to progress as a professional engineer.

Essential
- Civil Engineering or construction-related degree (2 : 2 or above)
- Strong numeracy, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator able to work well in site-based teams
- Right to work in the UK ( no sponsorship available )
- Flexibility to work away from home on project sites
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and data (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Strong IT skills and interest in digital engineering tools
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and safety awareness
- A proactive, motivated, can-do attitude with willingness to learn

As a Graduate Site Engineer, you will :
Assist with the technical management and delivery of construction worksManage dimensional control, setting out, surveying, and quality checksSupervise technicians or student engineers where requiredUse digital engineering models, CAD data, and electronic management systemsSupport temporary works processes, safety procedures, and compliance activitiesContribute to planning, reporting, logistics, and environmental managementWork within an engineering function focused on digital innovation, DFMA, and early engagementYou'll gain structured training — both on site and through formal sessions — to help you progress toward ICE accreditation and become a well-rounded engineer.
What You’ll Be Doing
