Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Swansea is seeking a Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join a well-established consultancy delivering highways, drainage and infrastructure solutions for diverse developments.

You will design, produce drawings and reports, work with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and progress from concept to construction with strong mentoring. Candidates with 1–2 years consultancy experience are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience as a Civil Infrastructure Engineer within a consultancy environment.
• Knowledge of highways and drainage design principles.
• Experience using software such as Civil 3D, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage, or similar is advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a desire to continue learning.

Responsibilities

• Designing highways, drainage, and infrastructure solutions for a variety of developments.
• Producing technical drawings, calculations, and reports.
