However, due to the nature of our work, this cannot always be guaranteed. Candidates must be willing to travel and, where required, stay away from home for short periods to support project and business needs. Flexibility is essential, as suitable projects may not always be available within commuting distance of your home.

Start Date: September 2027
Please note that this opportunity is scheduled to start in September 2027. If you are seeking an immediate start or opportunities commencing before this date, we kindly ask that you do not apply.

We believe in helping you be your best in the work you do. As a Graduate Engineer, you'll gain hands‑on experience, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to exciting projects that connect communities, improve transport networks, and make a lasting impact.

You'll receive…. (because we value you)

You will benefit from comprehensive learning and development opportunities, including the chance to participate in our ICE Approved training scheme. We offer flexible working arrangements where possible, private healthcare, access to our Company Car Scheme and generous benefits - including a day off for your birthday. With us, you'll have opportunities for career progression, and we'll support your development to achieve your goals.

You'll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)

You will play a vital role in delivering safe and efficient solutions for our road and rail projects. You will gain hands‑on experience in both site and office environments, collaborating closely with project teams to ensure successful project execution. Your responsibilities will include assisting with cost control, record-keeping, method statement drafting, and project planning, all while contributing fresh ideas and energy to our innovative projects.

You'll work with… (because relationships are important)

Join a diverse and dynamic team of professionals committed to excellence. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An organised, methodical approach to managing tasks and priorities.
  • A problem‑solving attitude, especially when faced with challenging situations.
  • A full UK driving licence and a desire to work towards professional qualifications.
