Job summary

Albert Bartlett's 2027 Graduate Programme invites recent graduates to join the Brand & Marketing team as a Category Executive Graduate. You will analyse category data from Worldpanel, EPOS and other sources, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

The role develops skills across category management, brand, commercial and NPD, with a clear path to a future Category Manager position. You will gain hands-on experience presenting insights to internal and retailer partners, supporting

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Retail Management or related.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Interest in brands, retailers and the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyse category data from Worldpanel, EPOS and other sources.
• Monitor sales, market share, pricing, promotions, distribution and shopper trends.
• Produce weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports identifying opportunities and risks.
• Support category reviews, customer presentations and retailer meetings.
• Create clear insights for Brand, Marketing and NPD teams.
• Support evidence-based product development and launch evaluations.
• Collaborate with retail partners and internal stakeholders to drive growth.
• Explore opportunities to improve reporting using AI and digital tech.
